1. Is it safe to order TunesMake products?

Of course yes. All your private information like personal and financial info will be 100% safe protected by our encrypted check-out system.

2. Can I try and test your software before buying?

Yes. We offer a free trial version of TunesMake products. So, you can install and test them before you buy them.

3. Is there any limitations to the free version?

The only limitation of the free version is that you can only get the first 1-minute length of each audio track.

4. How do I pay for the TunesMake products?

We cooperate with the third-party payment system – Paddle. It can support lots of popular payment methods such as credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, and so on.

5. How do I know whether my purchase is successful?

Once you finished the order process, you will get 2 emails in your Inbox within 1 hour or so. They include an order confirmation email and registration info from the Paddle platform. If you can’t find them, please check the Spam folder.

6. What can I do if I ordered the wrong product?

You can contact our support team to switch your license to the correct one and offer your order info. Or, you can buy the correct one. Once purchased successfully, then please contact us to issue the refund of the wrong product for you.

7. Can I ask for a refund for my orders?

TunesMake has different refund policies for different types of product licenses. Only if you are under acceptable circumstances, we can offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. For more details, please check our Refund Policy.

8. Do you offer a physical CD or online download software?

We are sorry to say that we don’t provide any physical CD copies now. Our software needs to keep updated to be compatible with other systems and programs. So, you are highly recommended to download our software from our official website online.

9. Can I get a free license for TunesMake software?

Yes. We encourage any blogger, webmaster, or YouTube creator, and more to promote TunesMake Software. You have a chance to win a free license of the product you like from TunesMake Software.

Part 2. Technical FAQs

1. Why ‘Check for Updates’ in the program is not available?

When you met this issue, it could be caused by our server errors. To solve it, please go to our Download Center to download and reinstall the latest installation file for the application on your computer.

2. Can I use TunesMake software on Android and iOS devices?

TunesMake can only work on Windows and Mac operating systems now. There is no mobile app. If you want to listen to music on your mobile devices, you can download the music on your computer and then move them to your mobile devices.

Part 3. Registration FAQs

1. Where to find the licensed code after buying?

After purchase, you will receive the registration info in the email address that you used to order the product in about 1 hour or so. Please find it in your Inbox and Spam folder. If not, please contact us via support@tunesmake.com to get the licensed info.

2. How to register TunesMake Software?

For Windows users, please click the menu bar from the upper right corner to choose the ‘Register’ option. For Mac users, you need to go to the top-left Apple menu bar to select the ‘TunesMake program’ > ‘Register’ section.
After then, the registration window will display. You need to enter your license email and code to register and activate the TunesMake software.

3. Why it says ‘the registration code is invalid’?

Please check again whether you enter the right registration name and code. Also, check whether you order and download the right program and the right version. If it still can’t work, please contact our Support team with a screenshot of the registration interface for further assistance.

4. Is it possible to switch my license from Mac to Windows version or vice versa?

Absolutely yes. You can switch the license of the same product between the different operating systems for free within 7 days after you bought it. Otherwise, you need to purchase another version for different platforms as they are standalone systems.

5. Can I use TunesMake Software with the same license on a new computer?

You can use the same license on up to five computers if you buy the Family License plan. But, if you order a Single License plan, you can only use the license code on the computer that you registered for the first time. Else, you have to upgrade it to a Family plan to use our software on a new computer.
